*blushes crimson* Thank you

While I really wanted to become an author *facepalms* which explains the four years of trying to become a fanfic writer before I started drawing fanart. :P

I love how Victorian he looks and yet how alive. The lead for the snake is a great touch.

His shoes! *dies* That's like a child from a conservative pureblood family must have look like at the time :)))) Brilliant! ...and... poor snake, it isn't real, is it? *hopes*

What you can do with tiny little lines just amazes me. The expression on his face -- it's as if he's arranged it to how he knows 'angelic' should look, and yet there's just that bit of 'I'm the centre of the universe' coming through at the same time. All with minsicule marks and smudges. I do not know how you do that so consistently and so well. His right hand seems to have caused you a bit of trouble, so at least I can take some comfort in thinking you may be human after all.

wonder

I really love your depictions of the Malfoy family, so classic and yet with that little touch of other that makes them wizarding. Lovely!

Awwww! Look at his cubby little cheeks! Sooo cute! Of course his clothes are absolutely stunning, Mnem -- they are undeniably your forte'. I love his shoes and knickers, as well as the little detailing that's adorning the tunic. The bracelets are cute, too! I love the snake, its pattern is interesting! Lovely stuff, Mnem!

Lucius arrogant

Awwww, wonderful! Little Lucius is so adorable but he has something naughty and Slytherin about him, too. And not just because of the snake! :D Hee, I love the snake, btw.

Oh, fantastic. The image of a snake on a leash, the knowing look on his face...just superb.

The bracelets are a nice touch. I also like the small details you put into his outfit! And dude, how awesome is a snake on a leash. I wish I had one.

OOOOOOO

Wow, you art always takes me back (well maybe not because I'm not that old) because it reminds me so strongly of the illustrations I in some of the books I have from the 20's and 30's.

It's so simply yet graceful, and you capture children so well.

I love the cheeks when you do this style btw, I've always liked the rosy red cheek look and you capture it so well!

For whatever reason, this almost reminds me of an advert, like Lucius was a child model for a clothing store or something *LOL*

I have not been on the LJ regularly in quite some time. I'm so glad to see that you are still making these wonderful portraits. The Malfoys and Snape are always my favorites... well you even make Voldemort look so sweet. LOL! There is no end to your creativity. And here you have Lucius walking his snake like his master does in many of your artworks. These are all so beautiful. As always thanks for sharing. ((makes note to self to go back and check out on all of these that I have missed while I was gone.)) YOUR work is always so beautiful. Thanks.

He looks so innocent while that poor snake is just hoping none of his snake-buddies see this picture because they'll never speak to him again.
